The DFC AVCAMP Program looks to draw attention to one of the most underappreciated resources in a given community – the local airport!
Our mobile camps bring the exciting world of aviation to even the most rural communities, providing opportunities to further gauge student interest in aviation, along with the potential of garnering local support for aviation-related STEM programming.
Utilizing our portable simulators, DFC AVCAMPs will provide ample opportunity for students to be engaged within the confines of a school campus or other special events.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Mobile Experience
The AVCAMP program is designed to be highly mobile, bringing aviation to remote areas of the state.
Ground School Instruction
Participating students will be able to log actual ground school time through our courses.
Discovery Flights
Camp experiences can culminate in a discovery flight event that is sure to cement a passion for flight.

Through our growing network of volunteers and like-minded organizations, DREAMFLIGHT CHARITIES hopes to ignite a passion for aviation while creating an empowering experience that will translate to life outside of the cockpit.

Our purpose is to remove barriers to aviation while promoting equity and diversity at all levels of the Commonwealth’s aviation and aerospace industry.
