Run the Runway 5K

DreamFlight Charities is excited to bring back the first 5k event to the Danville-Boyle County Airport in over 20 years!

We’ll be shutting down the runways of Stuart Powell Field, giving you a unique course that is sure to help you set your best time yet. Expect plenty of static displays along the route, featuring the best of Kentucky’s aviation community.

Proceeds from participant registration help our organization introduce the exciting world of aviation to students across Kentucky. From discovery flights and flight training scholarships to mobile aviation camps and STEM support, we utilize flight as a transformative tool to impact the lives of youth both within and outside of the cockpit.
